Personal Automobile Usage for Business Purposes


 
POLICY:
 
1.  Every employee whose duties require the operation of an
    automobile on business shall be required to possess a
    valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
    consistent with State law.  Any fines incurred as a 
    result of driving or parking violations shall be paid by
    the employee.
 
2.  Time spent by an employee in driving a personal vehicle
    on business during normal working hours shall be
    considered hours worked for pay purposes.
 
3.  Employees will be reimbursed for mileage traveled 
    according to the usual practice of the organization.
